Terri Todd has been in fitness and wellness for 30 years, not only as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer but also as a NASM:

Terri’s expertise includes certifications in TRX, HIIT, Group Cycle, Reiki II, and STOTT PILATES® (Mat and Reformer). She also offers light therapy appointments and incorporates aromatherapy during sessions. Her philosophy emphasizes the connection between mind and body to achieve total wellness. Terri’s passion for healing sets her apart from many fitness and wellness professionals. Having undergone bilateral hip resurfacings, she is especially attuned to the needs of clients with replacement surgeries, as well as prehab and posthab programs. Terri tailors plans to help clients reach their full potential with less pain often associated with exercise, aiming to restore the mind, body, and spirit.

Jill Fiori
Jill became a Pilates instructor after a successful career in pharmaceutical sales where she was a specialist in cardiovascular health and bone health. She especially enjoys that she can continue working with clients on the mind-body connection Pilates practice promotes to healing the body. Jill Priano Fiori has been teaching Pilates since 2017. Jill is Stott Pilates trained in Intensive, Essential and Intermediate, Reformer Stott Pilates Intensive Mat, Essential and Intermediate Intensity Barre.

Sue Lowitz
Sue became a student of pilates in 2005 after a knee injury. After realizing the difference in her body she was motived to help others experience the same benefits. She is trained in both Stott pilates and Balanced body. She began her training with Balanced body Barre and Mat 1. Moving to Stott next, she trained in mat, reformer and stability chair. Additionally, with Stott she has done specialized courses in fitness circle, Zenga, tower, breast cancer rehab for mat and Injuries and special populations. As an additional tool, she completed a Bosu course. In an effort to stay current with programming options she most recently Participated in Polestar Pilates’ reformer immersion.
